At what temperature should I blanket my horse? He has a good thick winter coat, but temperatures are dropping to 9°F tonight and 5 tomorrow night. He seems fine so far, and neither snow nor sleet is expected, but the windchill will be -3 tomorrow. At what temperature should the blanket come off in the warmer daytime? - eXtension
